Our Vision
To be a club that is recognised by the community for its support of humanitarian activities, local and international, made possible by a diverse, high quality membership who provide drive and leadership through strong fellowship and commitment.
Our Club's Values

- We accept that membership requirements should be flexible enough to accommodate personal circumstances.

Our Expectations of Members
- A willingness to give of themselves to improve the well-being of the community.
- To contribute to the various activities of the Club to the best of their ability and availability.
- To participate as fully as possible in all Club meetings, social activities and projects.

STRATEGIC FRAMEWORKS
Membership
» Maintain a club membership of around 60.
» Seek a diverse membership of the best people.
» Every member to accept or develop an area of responsibility.
» Provide a mentor for every new member.
» Plan to develop members' skills in working in community service activities.
Club Administration
» Meet weekly in various formats (speakers, visits, forums and assemblies, social activities, service projects).
» Develop our use of modern communications technology.
» Leadership training and succession planning.
» Continually inform and educate the community about Rotary and the Club's activities.
Community Service
» Develop long-term relationships with selected community service agencies where the Club can contribute funding, participation, governance and useful contacts.
» Develop a cross-cultural activity that promotes tolerance and harmony.
» Provide assistance to small and local community groups with seed funding or for a single specified purpose.
International Service
» Continue our sponsorship of Wheelchairs for Kids.
» Develop long-term relationships with selected international service projects where the Club can contribute funding, participation, governance, representation in Australia and source contacts.
» Develop sister club relationships that are supportive of and allied to our international projects.
» Make maximum use of matching grants and other The Rotary Foundation funding.
Vocational Service
» Develop working partnerships with businesses that involve their support and participation in our projects and an opportunity for their staff to volunteer in our projects.
» Develop a range of business and employee awards.
» Create links with our local government entities.
New Generations
» Continue our involvement in all possible Rotary youth programs.
» Continue our involvement in drug and lifestyle issues for young people (particularly through Life Education).
» Develop long-term relationships with a least two schools.
